At Metro Mart, we partner with elite global suppliers like AliExpress and TeamDropship to bring you the best products. To maintain our high-quality standards and keep prices low, your items are shipped directly from international warehouses.
1. SHIPPING METHODS & TIMELINES
- Standard Worldwide Shipping (FREE): Estimated delivery within 12 to 20 business days. This is our most popular option and is 100% free for all customers.
- Priority Express Shipping (Paid): Estimated delivery within 7 to 12 business days. This option uses premium carriers like DHL or FedEx for faster transit.
2. ORDER PROCESSING
Please note that "Shipping Time" is separate from "Processing Time." It takes us 2 to 4 business days to verify your order, perform quality checks, and pack your items before they are handed over to the carrier.
3. TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on our website or through international tracking portals. Please allow 3-5 days for the tracking data to become active.
4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY (IMPORTANT)
Metro Mart is NOT responsible for any delivery failures due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the buyer.
- Customer not being available to receive the package at the time of delivery.
- Local customs delays or unpaid import taxes in the destination country. No refunds will be granted for orders where the address provided was inaccurate.
5. CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES
Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department of your country.
